An Unexpected Guest

Yes, you’d expect my unexpected guest to be one of my many companions in the room. Perhaps the Mummy resting on the couch or the Hatchling lounging in my armchair. Certainly not my Cat, who always takes the warmest spot in the house. Whoever my guest is at the window, I don’t want to let him (or her) in. Nope. Ain’t happening. Good thing I have my running shoes on so I can beat a hasty retreat. Until next time!

Good Vibes

If you weren’t aware, the Good Vibes Hunt 2 has started and runs until the 14th August. It’s a hunt with a difference. You visit a sim and hundreds of prizes are hidden all over. Look high, look low, look anywhere you can. It’s a difficult hunt but a lot of fun and this round is a Summer theme. Perfect for the beach….or for lounging on the pool, as you see me here. Add some accessories and I’m good for the day. Ice cream? Maybe another one will do nicely…or a cocktail perhaps. Either way, let’s hope I don’t catch the sun more than I already have done x

Hot Karaoke Nights

We’ve all been there. Well, I know I have been! One too many drinks, a karaoke machine and next thing you know, you’re belting filthy lyrics off-key in a pub. I remember this one time with a Shania Twain song. Man, I feel like a woman took on a whooooole new meaning when I sang it! Thankfully for Wynn, the gin hasn’t quite taken full effect and she is able to leave with her dignity (mostly) intact. This time.

Hollywood Dreams

I’ve been watching a Netflix series this week called Hollywood. It’s put me in a mood to dress up all vintage, grab myself a chauffeur driven car, drive to a gas station and tell the attendant that I want to go to Dreamland. What can I say? This series is making me nostalgic for a bygone era! Perfect timing too, because Vintage Fair opens today and will tickle your taste buds for all things vintage. Maybe I’ll see you there….in my chauffeur driven car. Who knows? 😉
