A Question of Luck

I’m a sucker for good quality clothing, hair and shoes in SL. I’m also a sucker for a bargain. A good quality freebie in SL….even better! When I have free time inworld, I love to find a good lucky board, hang out with like minded people and see what comes my way. Don’t be fooled though, it isn’t all giggles and chilled conversation. If a board has a wildcard (?) feature enabled, I’ve seen people go from smiley to ultra competitive in the time it  takes to blink. But for me, that’s part of the experience and the fun of hanging around lucky boards. You never quite know what you’re going to get.

Wynn vs Food

I try to be good. I try to lead a clean, healthy life and (often) fail. Reality is I love cake, carbs and gin too much. (Ahh sweet sweet gin, I’ll save you for another blog post.) Often when I go to the gym, the only thing that gets me through my required hour is fantasising about my meal afterwards. Trust me, it’s become a staple fantasy recently as it’s become colder in the UK and I want to hibernate. So alas, this picture encapsulates for me my daily life struggle: get exercising and eat well VS eat all the cake, all the cheese and have a giant food baby. *Sigh*
