Race you there! Skin fair has just opened this weekend and while it’s still insanity to get in, there are two sims worth of super duper treats. It’s, tasty….honest! As we head towards the end of the month, there are a still a few events going if you’re really quick. Vintage Fair closes tomorrow (22nd June) and even if you don’t want to buy anything, you have to visit the sim. The build alone is an experience and I love it! SL Pride at Home also runs to the end of the month and I have LOVED the creations that I’ve been able to buy this month. Bring on the rainbow colours, all of them. As I see on the posters “love is love” and I couldn’t agree more.

Vintage Valentines

Traditionally, Valentines tends to be pink, fluffy and all things cute. Throw in a plushie, a love heart and plenty of chocolate. Make it uber girly and add some sparkle. It just doesn’t appeal to me these days! Perhaps in years gone by this would have appealed, because I am a romantic at heart but now, my definition of romance has changed. It isn’t about big displays of affection or spending stupid amounts of money. It’s about little thoughtful moments, for example talking and holding hands on the couch while you share a meal. It’s about taking time to be with the one you love, sharing their burdens, lifting their spirits and having yours lifted, in turn. It’s the little words, signs and gestures that show love and care. They don’t cost much but are priceless and create precious memories that will tide you over if you’re having a low day ❤

Living Statue

If you haven’t visited the Spicy Event, I urge you to do so. It’s a new event, presented by Secret Sauce Events and runs until the 25th of this month. It’s a furniture event with a naughty twist. Expect a little kink, a little role play and a lot of mischief. This living statue display caught my eye immediately and I knew I had to pair it with some gorgeous lingerie for full effect. Who knows what you’ll find when you visit? Enjoy 😉
