Oriental Tears

I love strong colours and putting pieces together to create a look. Believe it or not, the starting point for my outfit today were the heels. The oriental blossom detail is beautiful. From there the rest of the theme just came together and my tears are the final touch. They are tintable, so while I’ve picked red tears, you could select any colour you like. Ahhhh it’s the weekend, thank goodness I hear you cry! However, in SL time doesn’t slow down. The weekend could well be your time to check out new sales and events that have just started. Evil Bunny Productions have a number of events on this month – busy bees that they are. If you check out their website HERE, you’ll see that the Boo! Bunny Hunt is on (mainstore hunt), Mad Circus 5 has just started and their monthly event TWE12VE is just around the corner.

I’ve mentioned Trick or Treat Lane previously and I couldn’t resist picking up these stockings at the event, which match the dress available at Salem. I’m a sucker for a fatpack because of the colour options you get. However, each single pack has a gorgeous number of options too.

Finally, a new Pose event – La Vie En Pose – has just started and I need to check out this bad boy. I do love checking out new stores and events, so don’t mind me as I hitch up my pants and sashay over. Who knows, I may see you there 🙂

Glinda

We all remember Glinda from the Wizard of Oz. The Good Witch. The kind witch that helps Dorothy on her journey. Well, what if Glinda wasn’t all good? What if she was a complete tearaway b**ch in her younger years, but just had really good PR and marketing on her side? Everyone loves a happy ending, don’t they? What if Glinda was a psychopath with a penchant for stabbing people, who only calmed down in her latter years for fear of bad press? You never know….and I bet evil Glinda would have been the life and soul of any Halloween party!
