Summer time in SL is always about bikinis, as well as bouncy beachy balls. Entwined

Entwined is the name of the sim my dear friends own and I was lucky enough to witness their wedding last week. Having received an invitation to take a photo before it’s converted into their own outdoor “playroom” (their words, not mine *coughs*) I couldn’t resist snapping a shot by this beautiful candlelit tree. A perfect illuminated contrast to my reflective mood. Enjoy x

Time to get Gothic

Yes it is! The Gothic Garage Sale has opened it’s doors and we’re in for a treat for the next two weeks. Until February 6th, a range of well known Designers have gathered to bring us lots of discounted items for our shopping pleasure. Add a 5L hunt into the mix and I was there like a shot.

Telling RL I needed some girly shopping time, I headed over and spoiled myself. There’s a fab range of decor, furniture, clothing, body items and accessories out for sale and many well known names you’ll want to check out. TBH, I think I’ll be heading back for another looksie, so don’t be surprised to see me featuring more items over the next couple of weeks.

Another thing I loved about the shopping area (apart from the bargains), were the little scenery shots dotted about the space. I popped on region windlight to take some pictures and couldn’t resist sharing them with you:

Today is going to be a quiet day for me, and I’m so excited I woke up at 6am >.< Having said that, knowing that most of the chores in the house are already done is a lovely feeling; no laundry, no bedding to change, no piles of washing up. Bliss. A perfect opportunity for me to kick back and just…laze on a couch somewhere.
