As we approach the end of the weekend (and the end of the month), I always consider this a time for reflection. We survived the week, people! Heck, we survived January! All the cold, the post Christmas misery; we made it through in one piece and we live to survive February too! I have no idea what the future will bring, but finding out…that’s part of the spice of life.

Make sure you use the last few days of the month to check out the Gothic Garage Sale, which is in it’s final days too. There are a mix of heavily reduced sale items, 5L hunt items and exclusives available to browse and purchase. A perfect way to end the week, in my opinion, with a little shopping 🙂

This is something I feel very strongly about. It’s why every so often, I’ll post lyrics because I feel they say more than what I could type here. Shopping Trip

I love a good shopping trip, both in RL and SL. I have to be in the mood for it, but get me going and …. well, the blood gets pumping!

Inworld I tend to shop at events, although I’m trying to get to mainstores more. In fact, if you have time today check out the Gothic Garage Sale, which has just started and runs to the 3rd February. Everything is at least 50% reduced and there’s also a 5L hunt (check out my hair, hint hint).

In RL my shopping habits have changed and I mostly shop online now. I feel sad for my local high street because I’m that shopper that should be attracted back into their shops but I enjoy the convenience of shopping online too much. The only time I’ll pop into a store is to buy jeans and trousers because, well, ladies….you all know how flipping hard it is to find a decent pair that fits!

On that note, I’m going to take advantage of my peaceful Sunday morning and get a little more shopping done. I hope you all have lovely weekends ❤

That is probably the closest to my RL I’ve ever found in a quote, ever. Sigh. Until then, we have this weekend to enjoy and as always, there is plenty of fun on the grid to make the most of. Muggleborn have this fab lounge wear set at the Mesh Body Addicts Fair this month. Perfect for the hot weather and not an underwire in sight. Also, there are still a few days left of the Gothic Garage Sale, which ends on the 8th August. If you like your fashion dark, moody and gothic, this is the place to grab some fantastic sale items and hunt prizes. Once you’ve finished at both events, I suggest parking yourself in front of a fan and falling asleep until Monday arrives…..or until the next event opens 😉
