I’ve got a soft spot for a naughty bad boy. Betcha can’t guess who he is? My bff has been listening to me drool over him for weeks and finally gifted me his likeness in pixel form. Huge thanks to Garbaggio for making the ‘hold’ version position fit perfectly in my bosom….ahh Negan, I do love you so. Your cheeky smile, the way you lick your lips; heck even the way you say “bang bang” has me in a little puddle on the floor. Make a wish? I think we all know what I’d want, given half a chance 😀

Feelin’ Whimsical

Thursday….those blessed words ring in my mind this morning as I realise we’re nearly at the weekend. Nearly Friday day, as the Boss likes to call it and I couldn’t agree with him more. This week has been a mix of quiet spells and manic moments. I’m begging with time to hurry up so I can get to the weekend but sadly, even this will be a busy one. We can grant ourselves the luxury of a lie in though, perhaps an afternoon nap and a chance to recharge for the week ahead.

What happens then? Here we are dressed for celebration and it’s all over. Do we continue the celebration? Continue to drink bubbles and toast to memories past and memories we have yet to create? Do we resolve to be better behaved in the New Year? I have resolutions I make every year that I remake the subsequent year, and the next year after that too. Who knows what the future brings, but while I’m dressed to party, I shall continue!

Autumn breeze

Autumn is well and truly upon us now. It seeps into my bones and teases away my memories of summer. It laughs at me as I wrap up warm in sweaters and jeans. All I can do is look forward; beyond the cold, beyond the damp, towards sunshine again.
