Well people, here we are. August. I won’t lie, I just want to find somewhere cozy, curl up with a good book (or netflix) and drift asleep. July was a really hectic month for me and the thought of ressssst in August is bliss. But…we all know the reality don’t we? Any fantasies about rest are little the neatness of this bed: short lived. Best get myself ready and out there instead!

Recently I visited the ISON store to pick up some redeliveries (yes I was shopping, don’t tell the Mister), and took some time to explore the sim build outside the store. It’s beautiful and I urge you to explore it too. The store owner has created a wonderful desert scene, which is perfect for photography. Knowing I wanted to blog this outfit somewhere arid and with a ‘wanderlust’ theme, I came here. Thank you to all sim owners who create and share these beautiful spaces with us. SL is everyone’s own creative stomping ground and mine was on a desert road, staring into the distance today ❤

Entwined

Entwined is the name of the sim my dear friends own and I was lucky enough to witness their wedding last week. Having received an invitation to take a photo before it’s converted into their own outdoor “playroom” (their words, not mine *coughs*) I couldn’t resist snapping a shot by this beautiful candlelit tree. A perfect illuminated contrast to my reflective mood. Enjoy x
