There’s something about this little robin that I can’t help but be drawn to. That he’s sitting there, guiding me, a little light in his beak showing me the way. It comforts me.

Cuddles for two

Just sitting on this bench, with the blanket laid out makes me think of cuddling up with someone special. Taking the blanket and making sure we’re both covered, toes tucked in, and warm. Being able to rest my head on his shoulder, hold his hand and just talk about everything and nothing.

I should really be slapping myself on the wrist as I mentally told myself no festive blog posts before the 1st December. But, there you go. I suppose rules are meant to be broken. I’m going to squarely place the blame on this cute sweater dress I’m wearing because, well, it makes me feel festive (mutters).
