Usually by this time of year, I’m on a diet. Carb withdrawal. Sorry cake, it’s time for protein and a healthy dose of Christmas guilt. But this year. Nope. Nuh uh. I don’t know about you but I’m ready for Spring to begin! Scraping ice off my car this morning was *not* fun. That’s it. I’ve decided. It’s time for the seasons to change and for us to get some sunshine. Done 😀

At least if I can’t have sunshine in rl, I can enjoy it inworld. This outfit definitely has me in the mood to enjoy Spring flowers, as well hit a formal event or two. I might suggest that to the Mister and see how far he runs.

Wanna come a’knocking?

Ohhh how enticing that offer sounds! Especially as I have cookies to offer. Or, do I because it looks like I’m about to scoff the lot. While I hate the weather changes that are all around us at the moment, one thing I do enjoy during Autumn are the seasonal colour changes we experience. We move into yellows, oranges, rusts and they’re colours I’ve recently fallen in love with. As a traditional pinks/purples girl, Earth tones never featured on my radar but now I look forward to seeing them everywhere. I don’t know if this is a sign of maturity (I hope not!) as I read somewhere that the colours you’re attracted to denote personality traits, but who knows? For the moment, I’m just happy to enjoy the season and munch on these cookies.
