Beach Bum

Ahh September, here we are. While the weather outside slowly becomes frightful (see what I did there?), the weather inworld can stay glorious, as this gorgeous picture confirms. I took a little trip to Baja Norte, which is a stunning beach sim and amazingly, you can pick up rentals here. Add my little outfit and a tropical drink and I’m ready for a little party. A party for one. Alone. On a deck. Hmm, maybe not that well thought out after all!

Vacation Time

I miss being on vacation. Really miss it. Usually by now, I’d have a trip planned or have been away already. Its my chance to switch off and just…rest. This year was going to be special as it was a chance to see my niece and nephew for the first time in 4 years. Sadly I won’t get that chance this year but perhaps another year. At least inworld I can jet away without stressing about forgetting anything, or the inevitable mountain of laundry when I get home. That’s a bonus!

Who doesn’t love a strong outfit? Strong makeup? Strong attitude? Personally I am loving these brows – I wish mine were so precise in rl right now! Add some fierce makeup, a killer outfit and P.O.S.E.

Last year I remember watching a series called POSE, based around the Ballroom culture in the 1980’s. At the time it was inspirational, an addictive watch. I’m excited to see that series 2 airs this summer and series 3 is also announced. If you have any spare time atm, and let’s face it…who doesn’t, find some time to watch it. I hope you’ll love it as much as I did.
