Stay at Home

Ahh Saturday mornings, how I love you. I often spend it listening to music on the radio and drinking tea while catching up with letters, emails and calls to family. I’ve even been known to dabble in some adult colouring to clear the mind. No, not filthy sweary colouring (although that does exist!) I like mandalas, swirly patterns, and florals. It calms me 🙂

But, if you’re spending time inworld this weekend, get ready to spend some lindens. The newest event by Evil Bunny Productions has just opened (Under the Sea) and it screams summer sun to me. Bloom

Good morning my little cherubs. I am so happy to announce today is the first day of Spring. In some faiths, this coincides with a New Year too. Hence, my blog title. Let’s use today as a sign to bloom, blossom and let the new year in. It can be so easy to watch the news, feel panicked and depressed. I know, I’ve been there, panic ordered online and then promptly regretted my decision. A friend told me yesterday I should consider mindfulness and yoga. I was sceptical until she told me about this type of yoga where you meditate…by lying on the ground and dozing off. I could buy into that type of yoga, easily 😀

Not that I’m biased of course, I’m more a gin girl. Make it a large one with plenty of ice and a wedge of lime 😉

As I write this, 2019 has come to an end and 2020 begins. A lot of people talk about New Year, New Resolutions. Why not talk about Continuations? Continue to try. Continue to be a good person. Continue to see the best in people. Continue to have faith. Maybe it’s more important to continue on the journey you’re already on, rather than start afresh. Who knows? I have many good intentions at the start of each year and then by March they languish *coughs and hides my gym membership card*

Ahhh well my lovelies. Thank YOU for sticking with me through 2019 and let’s hope that 2020 is a positive one for all ❤
