The Wynndalorian was having a bad day. Not only had she crashed her spaceship on some random chunk of rock in the middle of nowhere, but she was certain the Child had filled his diaper with something unpleasant. She frowned and made a mental note “no more fish eggs for the kid” as smells seeped under her helmet. For a moment she wished she could remove it… and gag. But this was not the way. Neither were the directions that Google Space Maps had provided. They were certainly not the way either. The Wynndalorian sighed and stuck her thumb out, hoping a space trucker would spot her flash of thigh and offer a ride. The things she did for a morning coffee in lockdown were just ridiculous these days.

Stardust

I know, I should be filling my blog with festive images; after all it’s now the 20th December. I should be wearing a fluffy hat and tempting the big guy with promises of being naughty and nice. But today, I just can’t. I want to reach heavenward and capture stardust in my hands. Trail it through my fingers. Experience magic. Christmas can wait for a day. Today, I want to soar through space.
